PECTORALIS MINOR
A flat, thin muscle immediately under the P. major. It extends from origins on the third, fourth and fifth ribs to the coracoid process of the scapula. With ribs immobilized, it pulls the scapula forward. With the scapula fixed, it lifts the rib cage.
