SWEAT GLAND HISTOLOGY
Sweat glands (sg) are unbranched, coiled, tubular glands distributed throughout the skin. They are not found in the nail beds, margins of the lips, glans penis or ear drum. They are most numerous in the palms of the hands and soles of the feet.
