Your id is your CWID and your password is initially mmddyyUcc (note that is capital U and lower case cc).

Then you change it to something you can easily remember but which conforms to the rules of a secure password.

This is an online course taught by Maureen Greenbaum. Want to know a little more about me? Check RateMyProfessor. Or read a short biography that I wrote. Also a story of how I got involved in computers many years ago.

This course will be somewhat different than many other UCC online course since it will rely mostly on a WebBoard, email and the web sites that the students create for communications. Collaboration among students is encouraged and is part of the grade.

The course runs from January 19th to May 8th, 2006 with final exams held May 9^th to 15^th.

This will be a very hands on (versus text book) course. Students will spend most of their time developing web sites. The reading will be either FrontPage Help, tutorial and reference sites online or directions in the text. This will be a very collaborative course. Students will be expected and graded on the feedback given to fellow students on their web sites as they progress.
