With databases becoming more and more important on the Web, a South African gentleman named Ian Gilfillan produced a very readable seven part (a couple of screens per part) explanation of Normalization.  Lots of figures, very readable.		 Jose's Database Programming Corner

The Relational Database Model uses an Order Entry database to explain primary and foreign keys, referential integrity and Normalization
