Create a flyer, preferable for someone else.  Here are some ideas

	does  your church need to advertise an upcoming event - that is a great flyer topic
	if you've gone in a store or restaurant and they have a poorly typed or hand written sign describing a special (perhaps you can bring your complete class assignment back and barter with the owner trading your flyer for some of their product or cash, you should get $10 for a good color sign)
	flyers for one of the 10 concerts that Coffee With Conscience a charity for whom I do the web site
	any of the 5 cases and Places on page WD 71-2 of the text

It should contain all the Word 2007 Techniques explained in chapter 1 (see page WD 3 for an example):

	Centered text
	Text of various sizes
	Bullets
	Bold
	italics
	Highlighted Text
	a picture formatted with picture borders and shapes
	a page border
	use Change Style- Style Set and Color
	Smart Art
	Word Art

Make sure that anyone running past the sign can read

	What the flyer is about
	When
	Where

That mean use a really big font size  for the important facts and have fewer than 30 words (look on the bottom left of the word 2007 screen) on the entire flyer

By class 3, Submit a draft with simply the topic and the customer (who is it for)

By class 5, Complete your sign

Print it in black & white or color (if you want a color version to sell, I can print it it you email the document to me)

Post it on your Google page.
