Procedure:Choose from computer magazines for computer users (versus programmers) :
(or other computing magazines to be cleared with me before you begin). The magazine must be an issue dated no more than 3 months ago. You can use either the paper version or the Internet Web Site version of the magazine. Or do at least one of each. Check out ZD Net, CMP. Before selecting the magazine, scan the Table of Contents to be sure there are articles of interest to you. Spend 1 to 2 hours reading the magazine (or surfing the
eMagine web site - that means looking at a dozen or so pages off the home page). Teach your reader some of what you learned. Compare the various magazines or compare paper to e-zine.after the first review. Be sure to read word processing hints and follow submission guidelines. Assessment |
