Switch to/Open receiving application (Word, PowerPoint, FrontPage)

Paste ( or ctrl + V or right click & Paste or Edit menu & Paste).

Select the screen image (make sure handles are showing)

Crop ( on Picture Toolbar) unnecessary stuff (remember to hit the crop icon when through to turn it off)
