MS Access the database tool that is part of the Microsoft Office Suite thus if you know MS Word, Excel or PowerPoint, you are already familiar with many o the toolbar and menu choices

  1. Build Student and Student Classes Databases using wizard
  2. Look at Relationship
  3. Add student Sally Smith and John Doe to Students
  4. Deign Students& Classes and change the type of Grade to number (so we can do some averaging in the Reports)
  5. Remove relationship
  6. Change Student ID in Students & Classes to Lookup
  7. Restore Relationships
  8. Note the + and dropdowns
  9. Build a Class table with Course Name, Instructor name and Room
  10. Add to Relationship
  11. Add a class for Greenbaum and Belmonte
  12. Put Sally Smith in both classes
  13. Put John Doe in one.
