Student Learning Outcomes:

The student willl be able to

	set up a briefcase with multiple folders, one of which can be shared with "Friends"
	to transfer files for storing online and explain the advantages and disadvantages over alternatives
	know how to use a mechanism for sharing files with the professor and fellow students and understand the advantages over using attachments
	have a way for the student to accumulate the entire term's work in one place
	use FAQs and online help . Be able to create FAQ to explain something.

Create Online Photo Albums
To View, Share & Print Your Digital Pictures

Procedure:

Each student should sign up for and setup a briefcase in the first weeks of the term.

All assignments are to be submitted by uploading the file to the Briefcase and sending the prof an email that it is there.

	email the prof when you have put something new in your briefcase to look at otherwise there is no way to know that you have added a file
	send ONE email per item to be graded

Assessment

Advanced - A	Proficient- B	Partially Proficient - C	Non-Proficient- F
Sets up briefcase with folder for class work as well as folder for personal files. Uses briefcase properly by sending email to prof with single assignment name and yahoo id in the subject Print out the contents (file names) of both folder. Classwork folder contains a minimum of 20 entries all with meaningful file names
