The student willl be able to

bulletset up a briefcase with multiple folders, one of which can be shared with "Friends"
bulletto transfer files for storing online and explain the advantages and disadvantages over alternatives
bulletknow how to use a mechanism for sharing files with the professor and fellow students
and understand the advantages over using attachments
bullethave a way for the student to accumulate the entire term's work in one place
bulletuse FAQs and online help .  Be able to create FAQ to explain something.

 Store Files & Pictures on the Internet
 Get Organized With Yahoo! Photos
 Create Online Photo Albums
 To View, Share & Print Your  Digital Pictures

Procedure:

Each student should sign up for and setup a briefcase in the first weeks of the term.

All assignments are to be submitted by uploading the file to the Briefcase and sending the prof an email that it is there.

bulletemail the prof when you have put something new in your briefcase to look at
otherwise there is no way to know that you have added a file
bulletsend ONE email per item to be graded

Assessment

Advanced - A
Proficient- B
Partially Proficient - C
Non-Proficient- F
Sets up briefcase with folder for class work as well as folder for personal files.

Uses briefcase properly by sending email to prof with single assignment name and yahoo id in the subject

Print out the contents (file names) of both folder.

Classwork folder contains a minimum of 20 entries all with meaningful file names
