The lecture portion of CHE 124/106 section 390 is delivered in blended format-i.e.- online with 14 weekly on campus meetings.

CHE L 106 section 300 is the online lab component of the course. All experiment documents are delivered online and lab work is completed at home.

A required $100 refundable lab kit deposit is  payable when students register  for this course.
This $100 is refunded
when the rented equipment is returned undamaged and in good working condition no later than the last day of the current semester. Students will be charged for the replacement of any broken rental equipment. Students who do not return their kits by the last day of the current term will forfeit their $100 deposit. Students who withdraw from the course are required to return their kits immediately. Failure to do so will result in a "hold" being placed on all their UCC activities.

The on campus meetings for all students, will include the following activities: Orientation/ lab kit distribution, Q&A sessions, testing,  lab final exam / lab kit return and lecture final exam. Distant lab students may make alternative plans to obtain their kits and take tests.  Students from other institutions who live a distance away may arrange to take proctored tests at local sites. Please contact me to make these arrangements.

I will be available for scheduled telephone, Email, and in person office consultation throughout the semester.

Please contact me for additional information.
