April 2006:

The March of Dimes  WalkAmerica  is
Sunday April 30, 2006. 

Check in is at 8 am and the walk starts at 9 am.  It is a 4 mile walk originating at Nomahegan park across from UCC.  We already have started a team.  Tracy our Secretary and one of our members Martine Charles will be there.  Unfortunately, I will not be able to attend this year because I have to work.  We would like more people to attend so we have a strong showing for UCC and the Student Volunteer Organization.  Please let me know if you can make it. Or contact Prof Roemer at roemer@ucc.edu  I will be sending out an email to the membership as to where our team will meet on Sunday towards the end of the week.  Please consider joining our team.
