Welcome and Congratulations! You have made it to the senior level. Though this is your last course, it will also be your most challenging.
First and foremost, whatever you have done to be successful up to this point, please continue. This is not the time to actualize any major lifestyle changes. Time and experience has proven this not only creates stress but also lends itself to distress and unsuccessful outcomes.
Please ask for your family and significant others continued indulgence of your hectic schedule. We know their intentions are well meaning, but often misplaced.
For example, by reminding you this “should be an easy semester because after all, how long have you been going to school?” only increases your anxiety level.
Reassure them that every crisis has a beginning, middle and an end, as will this semester.
