Welcome to Nursing 131!

  

NURE 131 will be your first nursing course with a clinical component to it. You will learn to apply principles taught in theory class to actual clinical situations. This is the beginning of your journey to becoming a registered nurse!

You will also have various assignments which will expand your knowledge outside classroom teaching including computer programs and patient simulators (Sim-man). There may be also health fairs or hospital in-services to attend as well.

 
The faculty hopes this will be a wonderful experience for you. In order to get started, you will need to download the course outlines, clinical guidelines and calendar before the first day of class.
