2002 Results of Faculty Committees Election including the RUN-OFF
Faculty Executive Committee—Officers: Vote for six (6) officers—one nominee per office. All six officer positions are available for a term of two years each. The Chairperson and Vice-Chairperson must have professional rank and tenure. Officers may serve no more than two consecutive terms in the same office.
Faculty Executive Committee—At Large Representatives: Vote for five (5) At Large representatives. All five At Large positions are available for a term of two years each. There may be no more than one At Large representative from any one department.
RUN-OFF Results
Departmental Coordination Committee Vote for two (2). Term is two years. At Large members may serve no more than two consecutive terms. There may be no more than one At Large member from any one department.
Faculty Ethics Review Committee Vote for three (3). Term is three years. Two additional members will be appointed. There may be no more than one member from any one department.
Faculty Appeals Committee Vote for two (2). Term is three years. Members may serve no more than two consecutive terms. There may be no more than one member from any one department. At least one member must be non-tenured. No member of the Faculty Appeals Committee may be a member of the Peer Evaluation Committee.
Peer Evaluation Committee Vote for five (5). Term is two years. All members must be tenured. Members may serve no more than two consecutive terms. There may be no more than two elected members from any one department. No member of the Peer Evaluation Committee may be a member of the Faculty Appeals Committee.
Educational Planning Committee Vote for two (2). Term is three years. Members may serve no more than two consecutive terms. There may be no more than two members from any one department. Members of the Eng/FA/ML, Eco/Gov/His and Psy/Soc departments are NOT eligible since these departments have already reached the limit imposed by the By-Laws.
